Compass Point Services began with a simple idea: teach our children how to build something of their own while using our family's experience to serve and help the community around us.
The idea started years ago while our family was living overseas. Our children wanted to start a small business, but our circumstances and military responsibilities made that difficult. When we returned to the United States, our son quickly asked to start cutting yards and earning his own money. Santa's Yard Service was born—and the idea behind Compass Point Services began taking shape.
Compass Point Services brings together more than 25 years of maintenance and leadership experience, advanced business education, and Melinda's accounting expertise. Our goal is simple: solve problems, provide dependable service, and help our community. As I've said throughout my leadership career: mission focused, people oriented.
